Work Experience
Ethan has worked on websites since he was 15! Working mostly as an independent contractor, he has built websites for local businesses including non-for-profits, law firms, abstract title companies, construction websites, real estate agents, and e-commerce sites. He has experience building sites using content management systems and building sites from scratch, creating PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files from the ground up.
When he hasn’t been building websites, he worked for T&H Keith Incorporated for over 7 years. During this stretch of time he was in charge of the bookkeeping (QuickBooks), payroll, job scheduling, cost estimating, project management, customer relations, financial planning, social media marketing, and, yes, the website.
On top of this, he has spent 3+ years as a real estate agent, working closely with buyers and sellers. This has helped develop his negotiating skills, marketing expertise, and client relations. He has also taken multiple courses in social media marketing and was put in charge of his brokerage’s social media advertising efforts.
